Frustration is the tipping point to anger.

It it a very negative emotion, as it teeters at the edge of anger, and once we fall into anger, the floodgates of negativity open wide, and the raging river takes us for a ride.

The very difficult trick is to stay in the Center of the Cyclone, and notice the upsurge of the waters of frustration, to feel its coldness envelope us, and to remain stoic, waiting for the flood to slowly drain away, even if everyone around us is kicking and screaming while being tossed about by the raging river.

This is not an easy feat, but it truly is a worthwhile practice.
